The kiosk, which is permanently fixed to a location within your venue enables your customers to self register their membership application and state their preferences.
The first step for your customer is for them to scan their own ID through the inbuilt scanner – the data is populated automatically into their onscreen application form.
The customer is then prompted to update their photo with the inbuilt camera and confirm their address, email and mobile fields as well as a variable selection of questions on preferences.
They can then self register their fingerprint as an alternative to a membership card.
On completion of their application, a text (which can contain a free drink reward) is sent to the customer confirming that their application is now being processed and an email containing your T&Cs is sent to the applicant with an auto-responder link to confirm their email address and acceptance of their membership conditions.
Each night all new applications are emailed directly to your marketing department.
The membership pod comes with Blue2 which broadcasts a Bluetooth message to your audience inside the venue inviting them to join your membership scheme and the location of the kiosk.
The Membership Pod can also be linked exclusively to your website, so that customers can browse your events or buy tickets for future events, or link directly to IDScan’s Guestlist Manager system to buy their tickets.
Customers can also select the “PARTY PHOTO” feature which takes a photo of the individual or group which can be automatically uploaded to your website, or passed to your marketing department.
